Breakfast before glucose test?
My doc office said it was okay to eat something small before my glucose test this morning and I cannot remember the examples she gave me lol obviously no donuts and sugary foods...
What did you ladies eat before? Mine isn’t for another 3 hours and I’m already starving 🙃
