Can anyone help?

I’m ttc and I have most of the early pregnancy symptoms I’m bloated I have sickness all day I’m tired and got headaches all the time and I never get headaches unless I have the flu or I’m pregnant and today my boobs felt funny but I’m still only getting vvfpl (very very faint positive line) but I bled twice last month so I’m either 5 days late or not due on till tomorrow. I’ll explain why I had two

Bleeds last month.

So I wanted the coil taken out and I bled on a Friday 11th then finished on the Monday so only bled 3-4 days like normal then the coil was taken out the Wednesday 16th then by the Friday 18th started bleeding again so which would I go by the first bleed or second bleed????
