I am pregnant with my second baby and with my first had a csection because they said he was big he came out 9lbs 3oz. I never went through labor the first time so I’m nervous my body won’t go this time either. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and had my first cervical check yesterday and am not dilated at all. My ob office is okay with vbacs only if I go into labor on my own before 40 weeks no kind of induction. I want to do anything I can to avoid another csection the recovery for the first was pretty traumatic. Has anyone had any experience not going into labor the first time and successfully going into labor on their own the second ? I know baby will come when they’re ready but if I can do anything to avoid the surgery I want to try. Any tips or info ??
