Pcos or endometriosis ??? What’s happening

I have been spotting randomly before period for a while now. This month it started a week prior to period due date. Still haven’t started a true flow but I’m having bad back pain and my ankles are swollen and random abdominal pain. Very fatigued. Could I have pcos or endometriosis??? Anyone else have this problem. Cycled range from 22 to 28 and used to be a 5-7 day follow but lately it’s just been spotting plus last month only 3 day medium flow
