Stressed about daycare- baby can’t self-soothe and won’t take bottle!

I will be going back to work in January and my baby girl will be 4 mo at that time. We will be placing her at daycare/Montessori school. I am a wreck because my 10 week old cannot fall asleep by herself.. I rock her to sleep and she sleeps on me for naps. If I try to put her down it’s the end of the nap! Hates swaddles, tried various ones. Hates pacifiers. She is also breastfed; we started introducing bottles (we have so many!) but she doesn’t take them. I am having anxiety about her not eating or sleeping at daycare :( why is my baby so difficult??
