Baby bald spot?

Question

I showed it to my pediatrician a month ago and she said it was perfectly normal but it has gotten bigger...
Anyone’s baby have a bald spot like this? How long til it grew back? 
She is almost 3 months old and has been sleeping through the night since 9 weeks old, hence the bald spot 😭😂

Combination of hormone fluctuations and sleeping on their backs. 7 month old’s is just starting to grow back in. They look so silly, it’s cute 😊

That's normal. Once they're sitting up and more mobile it'll start to grow back in.

It’s just from back sleeping. My girl also nuzzled her head when sleeping. After she started sleeping in different positions around 6-7 months, it started filling in.

Once baby starts holding themself up and moving around in a few months it’ll start growing back.

It will grow back eventually. It’s from sleeping in her back. Not sure how long until it grows back though but it’s normal

It's called telogen effluvium. Babies hormones drop a few weeks after birth which causes hair they were born with to fall out. The next growth stage begins around three months and the new hair my begin to come in. Fun fact- if could be a different colour or texture eg. Curly vs straight to what they were born with. My little one looks like a little old man she has lost all her hair on the top 🙊😂

Yup! My daughters was like that until she learned to roll and would sleep on her side. The spot got about as big as my palm! It was so funny because her hair was so long all around it but the spot was about as bald as your forearm.
