26 weeks feeling so weak
I am just over 26 weeks with my 3rd and the last 4-5 days I have noticed a significant amount of muscle weakness. I really don’t remember this with my first 2 especially this early. I workout about 3-4 times a week combination of weights and light cardio and normally for my weights I use hand weights at 8-10 lbs but the last few days I have barley been able to use 4lb weights if I am even able to workout. On top of that I am so out of breath... I feel like that’s normal it just isn’t helping me feel better... anyone relate to this? Is it bc I turned 30 last month and my body is retaliating now haha
