Not so great line progressions

I took my first test nov 12, nov 13 was darker and today nov 15 looks the same as nov 13. My urine today was very concentrated and my urine a few days was not. I’m thinking this is not a good sign.... 😢

Also I’m about 4 weeks and I have no symptoms but being gassy, slightly more tired and that’s it. I’m so afraid. I feel like my line should be significantly darker than a few days ago.
