Need outside advice

So for the past 8 months I have been working 2 jobs cause my husband was out of work but now he has a part time job and our finances are still in bad shape but we are making our Bill's so I am not complaining. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant.

So when I was hired on at my second job my boss there knew that I couldn't work fridays cause my co worker at my other and most important job is taking every friday off for the rest if the year and I have to be available to cover her shift.

So today my boss at my other job texted me and and said she put me on the schedule for tonight 11/15 and tomorrow night 11/16. Her knowing I couldn't work on 11/15 and I requested 11/16.

I explained to her that I was not able to work and tonight 11/15 and tomorrow night 11/16. Then she proceeds to say that she is not sure that I will work out but we will see.

Was I in the wrong to tell her that I was not able to come into work because I was scheduled off.
