Somebody any body help me!

The last three days I’ve been cramping like my period is about to start, low in my abdomen but it clearly isn’t as I’ve given my info below. I took a First Response Early Result 6 day early and a blue dye test and both were positive!! Vvvvvvfl but it was there enough my so seen it.. I thought no way.. how is it possible.. so I clearly was excited and took another test a hr or two later and I didn’t took positive at all. So I’m kinda just like “grrrr” Im just confused.. can anyone help me out and give me advise or something please!!
