Hi! I know sometimes we get in ruts, or we don’t see the progress we want, or we just don’t know how to get started/where to to go when we do!
I started my fitness journey exactly one year ago and it has been hard but fulfilling, exciting and so incredibly amazing for my mind, body and soul.
I recently did a side by side transformation from right before i started, to today... and it had me SHOOK. I didn’t even realize how far I’d come until I saw it and I want it to be motivation for those to set goals and CRUSH IT to work towards them, no matter what they are! 💛
