Initially I has something like this back in August around my period, I thought it was a chemical burn & irritation because I had just left Nair on too long a day or two before they appeared. I used Neosporin on it and it healed and went away. Haven’t had anything else like it until a few days ago when these appeared, right as my period was ending. They don’t really hurt but I can feel them... I will be going to get tested as soon as an appointment is open but does anyone that has HSV think this could be it?
