Iui and the after math

Had my third iui Wednesday and today I vomit 🤮 when I woke up heading to work this morning and vomited again after work while driving home. Lots of pelvic pinching pains as well as back aches lower and side and headaches. I have my fingers cross and praying that this is my miracle baby I have been praying to god about. Don’t want to test because it’s only been 3 days but my body is sensitive and it knows when something different is going on . 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🙏🏽Any help ladies if u have had this and were successful. I never vomit just because never!!
