Viability U/s

Hi, can anyone relate ?

Ftm here who has been experiencing spotting occasionally. Last night it got worst ( soiled my liner) and I had to bring forward the viability ultrasound from the 19th Nov to this morning. Cervix closed,no hemorrhage and a strong beautiful FHR of 151 Bpm 😊🤗 but...

I'm measuring 8w0d as opposed to 7w2d ( calculated from LMP which was sep 26th) . The last day of my period I had an ultrasound routinely checking for cysts as I have pcos. Nothing was seen , no cysts, no sign of ovulation.

Any thoughts or similar experiences ?
