Some insight please??

Hii my husband and I have been TTC for about a year now. My periods are always super regular and I’m never late but this month I am 3 days late. I took a test and it said negative. I’ve got a slight dull back ache and occasional light cramping on one side at a time, but nothing compared to my normal period cramps and back aches I get. Is it possible I still have a chance I could be pregnant? It’s really messing with my head and emotions
