Possibly pregnant 4 pp

My LMP was October 17 and period is due tomorrow however I noticed that my breast were hurting which they usually don’t and decided to test on a pregnancy strip and noticed I see a faint line. However if I am pregnant I’m scared and worried since I had a csection and also have a bicornuate uterus and also PCOS. Does this look like a positive??
