Freaking out!!! Been having almost period like bleeding the last 2 days. 7 weeks 1 day today. Called Dr right away cause I was worried about miscarriage and they weren’t concerned unless I started to have a lot more bleeding with cramping. No cramping and I still have the same morning sickness that I’ve had since week 5. I do have an appointment in a few days that I had scheduled before this started happening. This is my second pregnancy and NEVER had any kind of spotting with my first. Scared shitless!! Anyone else have this happen and not end in miscarriage?
