Vaginal deliver pp mamas!
I just saw a post about a medicine spray people are using (for vaginal recovery). Is that a necessity? My hospital just told me to keep it as clean as possible and do use spray water to alleviate the sting while using the washroom. Now I’m freaking out thinking for the past 3 days I’m supposed to be using medicine too?! Ahhh.
