How do I put that I started my period 4 days early?

I tried to change my period start date but it won't let me. All I could do I say I was spotting. And I just had a miscarriage in September could that be a reason I started 4 days sooner than normal. This is only my 2nd period since my last miscarriage.

You go to the calendar and select the red day and hold it down, it will allow you to slide the start day to the date you pick and then do the same with the end date. Select, hold, slide then save.

It wouldn't let me hold down and change it but I notice a button that said edit and I was able to put it in that way. Thanks for your help ladies.
