Okay so I have ocd and I’m freaking myself

Out here. I went out to eat last week, and upon eating I saw what looked like a little bit of blood on the corner of my food. But hard to tell cause I know things get cooked together. So I tried to brush it off thinking it was just other food. But now I’m over thinking. Say the cook unknowingly cut themself and got the blood on my food and didn’t notice, and I ingested it.

Can HIV spread this way? I’m starting to panic. I know I had a canker

Sore that day as well, idk if that counts as an open wound 🤨 please help!!
