Over the phone therapist

I'm 19 years old and I'm thinking about going to a therapist. Money isn't really an issue but I'd prefer something not too expensive. And I'd also feel more comfortable with a female. I can't go to someone in person though. Is there such thing as an online therapist or over the phone therapist where I can just have a session via Skype, email, or phone call? If so, do y'all know of any?
