Could I be pregnant or is it just a weird day?

I had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks and 6 days and a D&C on 10/7. And had my first period on 11/8 but it was super short and very little cramps and with endo that is very unusual but then it would randomly start again for maybe a hour. Since then I've been nauseous on and off and feeling like I'm getting sick, and dizzy but it only last a few hours. My two female dogs have been super protective of me today even against my bigger Male dog. Could I possibly be pregnant even though I had that period (which I know that you can have your first period depending on when you conceive) or is it just a weird day especially for my dogs?
