I’m 10 days late

I’m never regular, what I mean by that is every month is different some month I start in the beginning or sometime at the end of the month, but this is my first time being 10 days late , I’m never this late , I’m always 3-4 days late and then the next day my period come’s .But in this case I’m 10 days late & I took one and it say negative , should I take another or wait couple more days ? PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ?????
