Poppy Seeds = Positive for Opiates ??

Good morning ladies silly concern I’m having but I love an everything bagel with cream cheese in the morning and it’s basically the top thing I can’t eat for breakfast.. a new coworker saw me eating one today and looked down at my belly and told me “hey you should take a break from those didn’t you hear of the woman who got a positive drug test while pregnant bcus of the poppy seeds” of course I finished my bagel lol but I do have some routine blood works coming up and my glucose test .. should I be concerned ? Or should I bother my OB and let her know the situation?
