What would you do?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for about 7 months. We’re deeply in love and want to see eachother every chance we get. However, I’ve noticed we’ve become kind of obsessed with eachother. I want us to both have outside relationships like family and friends. However sometimes he’ll choose to spend time with me vs going to his moms house when she invites him. I encourage him to go see her but he says it’s boring there and he just saw her last week, and wants to spend time with me instead. In this situation, I don’t know if I should try to encourage him more to go see his mom or if I should let him make his own choices, he is an adult after all. The only thing I’m scared of is his family resenting me and blaming because he is always busy. Would you act like you have plans so he’ll spend time with his friends and family or let him make his own decisions?
