Breakup...

My ex doesn’t want to discuss our relationship. He says he needs some time to “breath” first but it’s been about 2 months now and he still hasn’t reached out to talk about it. I feel like after a relationship, especially if it was serious like ours(3yrs) it should be properly ended and reflected on. What went wrong etc. I find it low key disrespectful to the relationship itself. Is this disrespectful? Or am I being dramatic?
