Odd cycle following hsg

Hi, I posted a wee while ago asking about any correlation between me stopping spotting and my hsg (normally spot for a week pre period post miscarriage). Anyway I thought it had stopped as I didn't really spot however my period hasn't shown up. I'm now 4 days late. I took a test the day after I was due and it was negative. I knew it was highly unlikely to be positive given my diagnose at the hsg. Anyway my question is, can an hsg mess with your cycle?! For a week now I've had period like pains just not as intense as normal but nothing is showing up!
