Baby only nursing 1-2 minutes today?

My baby has had a cold for about 2 weeks now and today he has only been nursing for 1-2 minutes on one boob and then won’t eat anymore. He seems happy but I know he can’t be eating enough in 1 minute every 3 hours. What do I do?

Just keep offering it to him if you can? Keep his fluids up to stop him getting dehydrated. It’s hard when they have colds they can’t drink very easily 😟

I would call the doctor, especially if the number of wet diapers goes down. My doc always seems concerned about dehydration.
