Pregnancy test or Ovulation test?

My baby father’s girlfriend is claiming she’s pregnant and this is her test I know it’s not a pregnancy test but him or his mom don’t believe me his moms the one who sent me this picture saying my baby’s father girlfriend is officially pregnant
