They said due to my insurance I have to go to planned parenthood first and have a pregnancy test done there and have the results sent to my gynecologist. I guess the two home pregnancy tests don’t count as proof of pregnancy. Which I’m not quite understanding because I was scheduling the appt with my am gynecologist to get proof of pregnancy. Anyone dealt with anything similar? I’m having thyroid symptoms induced by pregnancy like my first pregnancy. And I can’t sit here and wait to go to an appt at planned parenthood just to wait for an appt at my gynecologist and then wait for a referral for my thyroid specialist.
