Swaddle Question
How long should my baby be in her swaddle?
I have her in it when she sleeps (night time and nap times). I’ll usually take it off for feedings and for 30-45 minutes after feeding while she’s awake. Once she looks sleepy, I put her back into the swaddle.
Is this okay?
