Normal or possible Miscarriage??

I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow, last night i went to the bathroom like 3 times in 1 hour. First time there was light pink on the TP after I wiped, 2nd time pink with like small clots and then a little more light pink the third time. This is my first time pregnancy after 4 years of trying. I have no clue whats normal or not! No more spotting at all today but as I'm laying in bed I have some cramping. Don't know if its maybe miscarriage happening or possibly a fluke yesterday and a little bit constipated tonight.
