Morning sickness from week 3 - twins??

Question

Hi ladies. So I’ve been nauseous since week 3, now just past week 4 realised I’m pregnant (first time). And I read that morning sickness doesn’t usually start until week 6?! I’m sure I’m not a month out of schedule! 
I’ve had sore breasts, nausea and mood swings for a little over a week now. I thought it was AF coming on.
Did those of you who’ve had multiple births get your morning sickness earlier than expected?

I never got any sickness whatsoever or any symptoms at that until much later on in pregnancy

This is my first pregnancy also and i had severe morning sickness from week 5 to 14 but around week 9 it stopped for two days and had me worried because i’d been sick everyday up until then but eventually came back and never left til i slowly got my appetite back at beginning of week 15

No, don’t think it has anything to do with twins. I didn’t get sick with my twins until about week 8. Good luck with everything.
