If a man is deceived by his partner  i.e birth control sabotage during sex and the result is an unintended pregnancy, do you believe he should have a choice in what happens? 
More so, consider men who NEVER intended on having children in their lifetime and have no desire to raise a child.

They should have the right to express their opinion, and then walk away with no financial or physical obligations to the child. As long as abortion is legal, men should be able to choose not to be a father 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not his body, not his decision. Though I do believe he should have every right to terminate his rights and not chased down for child support.

Anytime someone deceives another person about birth control use it’s legally rape so he shouldn’t be obligated to be involved in the child’s life. That being said, I’m going to teach my son that the only way to know for sure that birth control is in place is if HE buys and properly uses a condom.

I think I they have a right to voice their opinion,  but in the end it's her decision. However if he stayes from the beginning he doesnt want the child he shouldn't be held responsible at all. And not just in circumstances like this either. In any pregnancy the father should have the choice, just like the mother does. She can have an abortion if she doesnt want the baby, he shouldn't be forced to pay child support for a child he stated from the beginning he didnt want. But if hes in and out of the child's life that's different.

If hes not the one growing a human inside him then he doesnt have a say in whether or not the baby gets aborted. What he cam do is walk away.

They should always have an influence unless they harmed the mom or forcefully got her pregnant. 
However the choice of abort/not abort ultemitly is the moms choice since its her body.
What happens to the kid after should be a mutual decicion unless one or both want to give it up.
Obviously if the dad gets full custody the mom should pay child support.
In the other way around I think the courts should decide what they deem best for the child. Sure it may not be fair to the man but it also wouldn't be fair to the kid. There shouldn't be 2 victims in the story and in the end no matter the precautions he choose to have sex and that risk is always there unless you cut/tie your tubes. So its a risk you choose to take.
If the man was raped and doesnt want anything to with the kid i do lean towards saying he should be left alone financially as wel.
Clearly i think all these rules should aply if the gender was swapped.
