Guy trouble

Hi ladies, I really really need your help right about now. I have been with a guy for 3 years, he broke my trust, repeatedly. When I finally got it back, he did it again, 10x worse this time. & I am so hurt right now, I don’t know how to live without him or do anything without him. My life revolved around him. I don’t know how to move past this and I don’t know how not to see him ever again. It’s the scariest thing in the world. I was so ready to spend the rest of my life with him, but now, we can’t do that. I don’t know how I can continue my life without him, I can’t even imagine my life without him, like I’m literally trying so hard but I just can’t seem to do it without thinking of him, then I just break down. I can’t do this. I know I probably sound crazy and stupid but I I just really need help.
