Concieved after two miscarriages

Few days back i saw bfp after two years of trying and two back to back miscarges.

I am in full stress i am very much upset.my last miscarge was bcoz of continuous blood spotting.

Today I visited doc she told me everything is fine but it’s very early pregnancy u have to be very careful bcoz of ur previous history.

I am having sometimes white discharge i get so much scred sometimes it’s yellow and sometimes i go to pee when i wash i see pink spot.

I am very much upset😢 is it again spotting gonna start?

Any idea ladies?
