Look, no one is perfect so the reasons you have against your fiancé I wouldn’t really take into account. Anyone you spend your life with is going to bother you in certain ways, that’s just life.

But I don’t understand how you could marry someone while having a crush on someone else? And your poor fiancé, how low is his self esteem to marry YOU, when you have a crush on his best friend...? Sure the friend doesn’t reciprocate but that doesn’t make it ok. If you’re capable of having a crush on someone else, what’s to say you won’t develop another crush on someone else in a few years and then maybe that person WILL reciprocate.

I’d save your fiancé the heartbreak and divorce pain honestly and let him find someone who loves him and only him.
