Twins???

I’m 8w1d. I’m showing like I’m well into my second trimester. My SO and I both have twins on different sides of our family. I’m 34, 3rd pregnancy, so I know my risk of multiples are higher. We go to the dr for the first ultrasound on Thursday. Just wondering if any moms out there have any insight into the early stages of twin pregnancies. It’s been in the back of my mind the WHOLE time I’ve been pregnant. Not to mention I gained 10 lbs out of the blue the past 4 weeks. No morning sickness (counting my blessings!) didn’t know if maybe I could be further along than what I think, or if there’s two in here! Excited either way. 🥰
