Right side cramps

I have had cramps on my right side (ovary area) since 7dpo. They stopped me in my tracks on 7dpo and I was almost in tears. 8 and 9 dpo it is more of a dull ache. Is this a good sign? Bad sign?

Tested this morning (9 dpo) and it was negative.
