Birth control but condom broke

Hi, I’ve been on the pill for a little over a year and take it at the same time each day. When my boyfriend and I have sex we always use a condom. While he went in I felt and heard a snap and I then we pulled away. By the time I turned around he was cumming, and the condom was broken. None got on me, but he’s not completely sure when he started to finish. I’m a little nervous, but not too nervous about getting pregnant. What do you guys think?
