Ughh is this my month or not

I just want to know... spotting 8-9dpo and then it goes away! Sore nipples and stomach hurt some last night, Acne and cramps! Not sure if af or what! Tested opk and it was almost positive and then tested for pregnancy and was negative! Ugh 😩 just want this to be it this time!
