has anyone had vertigo before?

my ears have been hurting for a week and theres been pressure sitting in my head.

today we were outside, went to the park. and as were getting off the elevator to come back home, (we live on the second floor.) it hit me.

I was trying to walk, and having to look down was scary. and now I've been parked on my couch for like 45 minutes, haven't moved.

my body feels heavy and theres ringing in my ears, and I'm still spinning slightly.

my husband is at work, and baby is taking a nap in his stroller. but hell probably wake up soon.

I hope this subsides. 😭

and hes waking up, so I guess I'm about to get off the couch and see what happens.
