Ladies please give me advice

I’m 5 weeks 3 days pregnant today &’ they did an ultrasound & a hcg blood test. My HCG levels are at 11,408 but when they did the vaginal &’ regular ultrasound they said they didn’t see a baby but they did see proof of pregnancy. But they did see something a bit to the right.. I need advice or help ladies, What does that mean?? I’ve had a previous miscarriage this year. I’m so afraid of it happening again.
