Cousin Assulted Me 16 Years Ago Wants to Take Me Out!

My cousin sexually assaulted me when I was 7. I haven't seen him since but now all of a sudden he wants to come back into my life and is supposed to come Thursday. He was to take ME out to dinner which of course I didn't even get to say no too becasue my mom already to him I would love to go and there is no reason why I shouldn't be able too becasue I don't have work 😓Should I just suck it up and have dinner with him and get through it? Or avoid it, and even if I did how? there is also a strong possibility of him joining for Thanksgiving. I feel trapped
