Does anyone have an idea what temperature is considered dangerous in pregnancy?

I went to the urgent care today because I felt miserable and found out I have strep throat. 😔

On top of that I’ve been throwing up a lot today and felt extremely dizzy so they gave me Zoltan and a few bags of saline through an IV. I didn’t really have a fever then (99.5 degrees) but I do now. I took my antibiotic, ate some food and have been sleeping for the last few hours. Now I took my temp and it’s staying right around 101.6. If it keeps going up, at what point should I’ve concerned?
