So I’ve been waiting for a package to arrive. Apparently yesterday an attempt to deliver it was made, and failed. My boyfriend was home at the time, and didn’t see or hear anything. I called the robot and rescheduled for my package to be delivered the next day (aka today). I saw the mail lady earlier, delivering packages to other apartment numbers, but not mine. My mailbox was full of junk, and not my package. I told my mom frustrated what was happening, and how I couldn’t find the phone number to talk to an actual person (all the others took me to a robot). I currently don’t have a car, and the post office is too far of a walk. My boyfriend is usually how I get around (bless him), but he’s busy with work and school everyday, so he can’t take me when he gets off because the post office is closed by then.

Anyway, my mom calls the post office, I give her all the information, and they tell her the label to my apartment was cut off; that they were guessing whatever that means. So, Instead of actually calling me to figure it out, they decided to just go ahead and say they attempted to deliver it, but failed. So lying and not even trying to attempt to get my package to me because the label with my apartment number was cut off 😡😡😡 A simple phone call would have fixed the problem!!!!
