Potato soup as made by a High school Senior.

Mod

INGREDENTS

2 big ol’ potato’s, peeled washed, and cut

Half a big ol’ cooking onion, Diced

Cloves of minced Garlic to your liking (I like 2-3 depending on size.)

About a big tablespoon of Chicken flavoring (Bouillon)

Pot of Water, just enough to cover the potatoes n’ stuff (this depends on the size of your potatoes and pot)

1/2 Half a cup of heavy Whipping cream.

1-2 carrots peeled and sliced, again depending on size and your taste.

Step 1:

Put Chicken flavoring, Potatoes, and Onion into the water with your minced garlic and cook until potatoes are half-done.

Step 2: Add in Carrots (I like my carrots a little crunchy, if you do not, add carrots at same time or when water begins to boil)

Once potato’s are cooked mash them up just slightly, drain some water if needed. Add in heavy whipping cream, stir in and let heat back up. Garnish with whatever it is that you like. Bacon, Cheese, Chives.

Serve and enjoy!~

Note: I don’t measure out this stuff because I’ve made it so much. This also may not be a Recipe to your liking but I made it and my family seemed to love it so I thought I’d share. If you have any feed back or suggestions please let me know!
