Changes in Pets?

Question

I’m curious to know if anyone else has noticed a difference in their pets since being pregnant? 
We have two dogs and a cat and our cat sleeps next to me every night now, she didn’t do this before.
One of our dogs, a Pomeranian-Yorkie (Porkie), has started resting her head on my belly recently. 
I’ve heard pets can sense these kinds of changes, so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
Also, I’m 8wks 3days right now.

My cat has always been affectionate but when I realized I was pregnant and even now he’s become SUPER needy. He always wants to be near me.

Oh yes. My kitties love me when I'm pregnant, and my dog stays as close to me as he can get. They can smell it with their superior noses, lol.

Noticed my dog was clingy for a couple weeks. He's back to being a jerk now lol! Hubs says my skin smells different.

They are more intuitive than we are for sure .  Babies and children can sense it too.  Its interesting you mention this.  With our first baby who is 1 now, when I was pregnant,  the dogs would sleep in bedroom or outside bedroom door.  This 2nd pregnancy they haven't done it yet.  Our 1 year old has been clingy lately.  I'm pretty sure she knows.

My dogs always used to be next to my husband. Now they both want to be next to me. It’s so cute

When I got outside, my cats are all over me. I'll sit to get some sun and they all just curl up on my lap or around me if they don't fit. Before all they wanted me for was food. Lol
