First pregnancy after carrying to term.. HELP

So I had two miscarriages, then carried my daughter to term. Now I’m pregnant again (she’s 10 months) after having her. Just wondering if any other second or more time mamas in here can tell me if you cramped more or just felt totally different with a pregnancy after having a baby?

With my history I’m just nervous. I can’t tell if I feel different and crampy because something is wrong or just feel different because I have now carried to term and delivered a child.
