When should I announce?

Hello, I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks in September and announced at about 8 weeks, at 12 weeks scan found out it wasn't viable 😣 
I am now 5 weeks pregnant 🥰 and I'm going for an early scan in 2 weeks (I'll be 7+2), is this too early to announce? I feel like even if I hadn't told my family the first pregnancy, I would have still told them about the miscarriage anyway as I needed the support. Xxx

We told our parents and siblings immediately. We told social media at 7 weeks 4/5 days.
I’ve had 2 miscarriages. I know the risks of announcing early. The way I see it is my baby(s) deserve to be loved and celebrated no matter what! I refuse to let fear control me. 
In all reality there is no “safe zone”. Yeah you can wait til you hit 12 weeks but that doesn’t mean you’re “safe”. Anything can happen at any point in your pregnancy. My SIL has had 4 miscarriages, 2 of them were at 16 weeks. 
If you wanna announce early, go for it! It’s your life, your baby and your decision!! To each their own, announce when you’re ready!!

I told close family at 7 weeks but on social and friends after the nt plus at 12/13 weeks

I waited til 24 week, my close family knew at 16 week but we wanted to wait as had too many miscarriages

Most people wait until 12 weeks or later. At 12 weeks the chances of miscarriage go down tremendously. Wishing you a healthy, sticky baby ! Congratulations 💕
